IPAC-CO2 - Definition, glossary, details
IPAC-CO2 is a not-for-profit organizations established in 2009 with
a funding of $14 million from the government of Saskatchewan, Royal Dutch Shell
and the Canadian government. It was established to meet the needs of the
industry, regulators,, policy makers to advice and assess on geological storage
of carbon dioxide.
IPAC-CO2 will focus on its activities in the following three areas:
Development of standard of CCSIndependent assessment and
verification of geological storage projectsGlobal collaboration and
sharing of knowledge
