Anti-Greenhouse Effect - Definition, glossary, details

It is just the reverse of the conventional greenhouse effect wherein the atmosphere is transparent to the incoming solar radiation while opaque to the outgoing infrared. In anti-greenhouse effect, the atmosphere is opaque to the incoming solar radiation and transparent to the infrared. This would lead to cooling of the earth’s surface.
